Seriously? Lol We have the internet now.

You all want to healthily lose weight fast? There are no secrets.

Eat a low carb 1,200 calorie daily diet consisting of protein, healthy fats and a dab of complex carbs. Fast walk 2 miles every other day.

Be at least 40 LBs lighter in 3 months. This isn’t an enigma. And it’s not hard. Stop acting like it’s some complex topic, quit being lazy fugs, and learn some discipline (here is the real problem).

Those diets suck if you start eating carbs again as you gain it back very fast. Best to eat a diet based on protein, healthy fats and still moderate  amount of carbohydrates combined with weight training and cardio. The more muscle you build the more fat you burn. This low carb diet you mention often times ends in weight gain when the person falls off the wagon and begin eating carbs again. Best to do it the right way which will take a little longer but in the end will yield sustainable results and someone will not have to completely give up carbs like a 25 year old wannabe Calvin Klein model in LA.

You sound as if you are very disciplined and a wealth of knowledge yourself on nutrition as well as strong mindsets. Is there any way you could post us up your Mr Olympia contest pictures and show everyone your ripped physique so we too can get our discipline and motivation? Thanks!

That diet is for dropping weight fast, not a long term solution. Carbs, are not an issue once your body weight and balanced diet is in check. And yes it is not easy so people do fall off but again, this was more for dropping body fat for someone very overweight (50+ lbs). People in this weight category have health issues as it is and dropping fat and weight is more and a short goal priority. You can maintain doing it the right way after you get out of the danger zone. Borderlining on obese status, any doctor will tell you the same thing until you get out of that zone. A diet isn’t set in stone, it’s a dynamic topic.

There are a variety of diets for multiple situations and individuals biologies, I am not ignoring this fact, I am pointing out one, for a person described above. I am also pointing out 9/10 comes down to discipline not complexities.

As far as credentials I was a bodybuilder for six years, my mother is a certified nutritionist (with a degree) and my sister competed in many bodybuilder competitions, though those competitions require a lot of unhealthy things but some of it is still good. I also consider the fact I was very unhealthy during my early 20s as part of my credentials, I know the other side as well.

You would rather see Rhule fired than make the playoffs?

This morning on WFNZ they were talking about how many fans were actively pulling for the team to lose. They concluded it was a very small percent. Obviously they don't read the Huddle.

Actually, yes.  To have a playoff caliber team with need playoff caliber coaches.  rule is not a playoff caliber coach.

I would rather have a team that built themselves up for going to the playoffs consistantly instead of a one and done.

    • What do you think of Bryce Youngs career thus far? Are you excited about his progress or is it not enough for you? I included a poll of ranking his performance through 3 years thus far.  I personally think he's made some decent progress. Has had some high moments (last half of 2024, Rams game, ATL game in 2025)  but in my mind, those are still outweighed by the many more lowlights thus far (ex turnovers, missed throws, poor decisions)  It's a very mixed bag for me. He's done enough to get a 5th year option but by no means should we lock him in with a 50+ mil a year multi year deal. I want to see him play consistently well for a full year before that happens (yes, I'm still saying that going into year 4. That might be telling).  Just sucks when you see CJ Stroud, Jayden Daniel's, Caleb Williams almost immediately lighting poo up with their arm talent. Maybe Bryce is just an ultra slow burn. I don't know what to think anymore. Guess we're gonna be stuck with him for a whilr unless we end up being bad enough to earn a high pick next year. I doubted it lol. Overall Stats for his career:       ● 14 W - 30L (regular season)       ● 0-1 playoffs record        ● 61.4% completion, 8291 passing yards, 49 TDs, 30 INTs  Year 1:       ● 2 wins, 14 losses      ● 60% completion rate, 2877 passing yards, 11 TD to 10 INTs, 5.5 yards per attempted pass Year 2:        ● 4 wins , 8 losses        ● 60.9% completion rate,  2403 passing yards, 15 TD, 9 INTs,  6.3 yards per attempted pass  Year 3:        ● 8 Wins, 8 Losses         ● 63.6% competition rate, 3011 passing yards, 23 TDs to 11 INTs  Playoffs         ● 1 game in year 3 ( 0 - 1 in playoffs)         ● 21/40 (52.5% completion rate), 264 passing yards, 1 TD, 1 INT.
