NFL salary cap is a myth. Smart GMs can maneuver around it if they want to win badly enough. It’s basically an excuse for teams to be cheap and ok with going .500

RE Dorsey, give it time before evaluating him as an OC, no film on him at all. I’m not sold on him and he’s got an insane amount of talent to work with so he should be having significant success.
