Where are the complete and utter morons that keep saying Lamar Jackson isn't a real NFL QB?

I know there were a bunch of those guys in here that were showing how infinitesimally small their football IQ was.

No, in general. That was a bad first drive from him. He's a great QB definitely a franchise QB, I just think it's ridiculous that many put him above or on par with guys like Mahomes, Rodgers, etc.

He has the level of talent, without question. He just hasn't proven he can play at the level of play consistently. I mean, whatever shade you could throw at him for his MVP could easily be thrown at Cam. 

I still think Cam was an elite QB so why would I not think Allen is an elite QB?

I'm really liking this Jags team with Pederson. Tepper should've been smart and fired Rhule and hired him last offseason.

I don't think Allen won an MVP...?

 

I think Cam is a good comparison. I absolutely love Cam and think he gets way more criticism than he deserves, especially when he was put in a pretty bad position here most of his career. But realistically, he has never been on the level of the top top guys like Mahomes and Rodgers, even in his MVP year. I don't dislike Allen at all, what I'd give to have him here with competent coaching. I was more referring to fans the last few years who have called him the best QB in the league or in that very top tier of QBs. I don't think he's there yet.

I am mistaken, I was thinking he won the MVP in 2020. I forgot we are on a back-to-back Rodgers streak. 

Yeah, I get what you are saying about that otherworldly level of play that sometimes Mahomes and Rodgers can display. You don't see it quite as often with guys like Allen or Cam.

I still considering him a top 5 QB in the NFL, regardless.

Terrible call in the Eagles game.  Receiver got pegged for blocking before the Pass was thrown. Looked to me like he started while the pass was in the air.  

Didn't matter as the Eagles got a td later, but still not sure what the ref was looking at.

Boy, Mitch Trubisky is proving without a question what a bust he is. He'll be in NFL backup purgatory after this season.

It will be interesting to see how quickly they opt to switch to the rookie.

Let me know when any of those guys win an MVP with a Ted Ginn Jr. level WR as their #1 WR.
