Quite to the contrary. He's definitely getting benched. The trade compensation drops dramatically if he plays less than 70% of the offensive snaps.

Right the next 3rd is conditional I think, it's just a 2nd last draft and 2nd next

Frankly, all I see regarding Fields is a whole lot of excuse making from everyone. His mechanics look horrid and he misses way too many easy throws. He might find a niche but he's going to have to find it on another team.
