Hopefully we actually suck this bad this year. I would rather be by far the worse team one year and get a top pick than always being a middle of the pack team

I’d rather not be known as the first city to have the worst teams in multiple leagues in the same year. Don’t think Hornets are the worst anyway. Probably about 12th or 13th in the East. Two of the first 7 in the rotation didn’t play tonight.

We counting on Hayward to play the whole year? Maybe he and Martin combined can make up 25 points but odds are that Hayward misses at least a fourth of the season due to one thing or another.

I'd love for Hayward to channel his inner Thomas Davis, be healthy, and up his game for the rest of his contract, but I don't see that happening.

We play the Celtics again tonight, I dare say it can’t go worse than the last game against the Celtics did. At this point I’m just looking for a positive to take out of preseason, thus far there isn’t a single one as I haven’t been impressed by anyone’s performance.

Team looks a little better but overall still leaves a lot to be desired. All of the Celtics starters are sitting this one out except for Jaylen Brown and if it wasn’t for the second chance points, the Hornets would be in a much closer game.

I've been watching volleyball and forgot this game was on tonight. Checking the score, the Hornets are up in a close one. It's not good that 2-3 of the Hornets starters are struggling against backups and one starter.

Hornets now losing by double digits to a Celtics team that played without Smart, Brogdon, Tatum, Horford, or R. Williams… cancel the season.

If this team isn’t picking in the top five I’ll be absolutely shocked, we’re right there with San Antonio, Utah, Oklahoma City, Houston, and Orlando.

That would be an amazing duo, we don’t have the type of luck though unfortunately.
