Jaycee didn't play when we whooped their ass the first time.  We got outcoached, as expected.  We signed Josh Norman for a fuging feelgood headline so he could sit on the sideline and watch Henderson's sorry ass get beat like a fuging drum.  We were up 14 fuging points and they were dead in the fuging water and came back because Wilks dumbass elected to punt twice from midfield on 4th and short.

fug this team.  fug Tepper.  fug this poo.

I had to poo you overall, but you are dead ass correct about this statement. Why the fug did Norman ride the pine when Evans was making everyone else his bitch?

He couldn't have done any worse.

People have lost a lot of prospective

this  team fired it’s coach, lost or got rid of most of the coaching staff 8 games in

traded it’s best player

interim coach has a staff and players he didn’t chose

3 castoff QBs

this defense always has issues

as for Tampa  3 of their star players is back today  the defense and the supposed revamped roster line couldn’t handle it

The team over achieved until they couldn’t

I agree with you, if Horn or even Jackson are available for this game, we win easily. Take away those three long touchdowns for Evans and we owned them. And that's with Darnald, who is  a backup QB / game manager.

This game is on the defense.

I felt Sam played really well

i mean let’s be honest.  He has one receiver. That’s it

I’m fine with giving him a 2 year deal and drafting without qb

do what San Fran did. Build the team. Then go get your Qb

the defense failed today. Fix them

fIX  the WR POSITION

deoth to oline

In the grand scheme of things, we fired our coach, were 1-5, traded CMC, and only now in week 17 got eliminated from contention.

They played strong to close out the season. The OL, RBs, D Brown, unheralded Haynes, DJ all showed up. Hell, I’d dare to say Tremble showed nice flashes this year.

Think we should still consider a full reset with coaching but we’ve got some good pieces in place. This is still most of the staff assembled as a last hoorah by Rhule so there’s retooling needed no matter the path forward. Wilks did well, but we should vet all possibilities.

I’ve been thinking the same thing. We build a great team and get a big name FA qb to come here like the bucs did with Brady or trade for one like the rams did. But we have a good offensive line still I wouldn’t be against drafting a qb. We may need to trade up to get Young or levis. I don’t think Darnold is the answer. I think teams let him throw because they aren’t worried about him.

    • Yeah okay. We as an organization have been more patient with him than many. And there has been a small parade of guys drafted since he was, also to bad teams, that have passed him. Some have lapped him. As a fan I am out of patience but he gets this year it is out of my hands always has been. I just hope the bar is higher than it has been for him.    FWIW, XL dropped two passes last year. He did do some other bad stuff, just saying.
    • Except it takes those QB's a few years to develop because they needed to learn the mental side of the game and have it catch up to their physical attributes. Bryce was supposed to be a QB savant who already had a fully developed mental side of the game and that was going to make up for his lack of physical ability.  And his lack of NFL level QB physical traits has been clear as day to anyone who has watched him the last 3 years, mainly, he just doesn't have an NFL arm, he can't zip the ball into tight spaces or throw on a line down the field like is needed at this level.
    • Don’t recall seeing many of his interviews but what strikes me is that he engages and goes in depth. Even with the cliche answers as referenced by OP come across somewhat thoughtful.  Very likable personality despite being someone who can crush an average person like I can crush a paper cup. I knew Motons mother had a career at MSU but was looking on the google and found that Mushin Muhammad personally knew Motons grandfather.   His late grandfather was a professor at MSU.   Cool guy.  Interesting family and small world.
