He can't be talked to again until after the 30th.

Would you really want to hold off for close to another week on hiring the head coach of your choice just to do that?

Like I said then, if we make a move shortly we probably will know tepper is ready for this poo to be over with.  We have all the time in the world.

sure, so my point remains, since there are no caps on how many we interview, why the fug wouldnt we fly him down and pick his brain and see whats up?  It literally hurts no one

So they bring in everyone for a second interview to pick their brains and see what’s up? Or just the one you are infatuated with? And then? We cut down the list to a third round? But wait, since it doesn’t hurt anyone why not get EVERYONE to come back for a third round? And then for round four…

I think that's the plan in Indianapolis.

We hire Reich we will be looking for a new head coach in the next couple offseasons. The team seriously can't go through this cycle and think that Reich and Wilks are the best candidates.

There was just as good a chance we would be looking for one in 3 years if we hired Steichen

I like Reich as a candidate but yeah thats my point I have been trying to pontificate all day, surely to hell they havent gone through all of this simply to end of thinking he is the bestest and greatest of all the guys

I said just him and kafka and I think in the nfl it pretty much ends on the 2nd interview.  To my knowledge I dont know any others that went further

Again, Reich has been fired from three different teams for terrible offenses (Arizona, San Diego and Indianapolis). Does the "offensive guru" really deserve a fourth chance?

Something tells me you haven't done your research.

    • When we have everyone playing like they should, we can win the Cup. That has been the biggest problem when we get to the playoffs, but this year seems to be fixed mostly. We could have had multiple if we had done this in the past.
    • Here we go Bryce Stan’s you should love this. Hell it may be one of you.  It has every cliche excuse and then some.  Unintentionally hilarious my limit was reached when he said Bryce had it hard because four play callers.
    • Luke goes in to the specifics of what he looked to accomplish in joint practices.  Basically they may work with someone on the opposing team to stress something they feel is a weakness in their own game in a different way that can be done with someone they are familiar with. That they can have predetermined stresses but since neither wants to get injured and it has absolutely no bearing on anything there is not the level of concern that would be in a preseason game.  He would also even chat with opposing OC.   It seems like an interesting nuance among the vets and savy pros.
