How not? Had Adams, Waller, Renfrow with Jacobs serving his best year to date in backfield and Carr didn't do ish with that. Stidham made better plays than Carr as well when put in. What makes people think he would be good here with only having Moore or a 1st Rd WR as a weapon? Yeesh Carr IS a retread. Wentz don't have any tread  to even retread. 

We don't need a veteran QB or "bridge" QB to help rookie develop that's why Reich hired McCown and this coaching staff. Draft rookie and have him and Corrall compete in camp. End. Of. Thread.

I'd be interested in the definition of "retread". Wentz gets benched for Hurts and gets traded for a 1st +, Carr gets benched for Stidham and gets cut. Where is the line on retread and non retread.

If Carr can come down in his asking price to $30 million. You get a 4 time Pro Bowler with a guy like Corral to learn from? Corral has all of the physical tools that should not require us to spend the 9th pick on a QB. We don't have to give up picks to get Carr. 

If it's not Carr then just bring Darnold back. He'd finally get the coaching staff the 2nd overall pick in the draft deserved as opposed to Adam Gase and f'ing Matt Rhule.

      Miami Dolphins After going undrafted in the 2023 NFL draft, Davis signed with the Miami Dolphins on April 30, 2023.[12] He was waived on August 29, 2023 due to his in-game injury.[13] Injury On August 26, 2023, during the fourth quarter of the Week 3 preseason game versus the Jacksonville Jaguars, Davis suffered an injury after sustaining a hit from Jaguars linebacker Dequan Jackson while the wideout was attempting to catch a pass from teammate James Blackman. Jackson appeared to make helmet-to-helmet contact with Davis, drawing an unnecessary roughness flag after the play and leaving Davis immobilized and later carted off the field. The game was later suspended with 8 minutes and 32 seconds remaining, with Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel saying, "The two teams agreed that football shouldn't be played anymore tonight." This was the second game to be suspended in the 2023 NFL season as the first involved Patriots cornerback Isaiah Bolden after a Week 2 preseason game against the Packers.[14] The next day on August 27, 2023, the Dolphins had released a statement saying that Davis was released from the hospital and would be traveling back to Miami with the team personnel.[15] However two days later on August 29, 2023, Davis was waived by the Dolphins with an injury settlement ahead of the team's cuts for the 53-player roster limit

      By all means, go for it and talk down the league that guy came from its all good. Its just funny to hear you laugh at someone else's accomplishments having zero yourself.  Life is about criticisms of course......And it can also be fun to laugh at those those on the other side as well who never did a thing minimize others accomplishments.       Exactly,  there's only so many "elite" qbs in the league at any one time. It's usually 4 or 5 at most. Sometimes less.
