Major factors use when evaluating QB..

1. Tape (What have they done)

2. Mental capacity (what do they know now and how fast they can learn)

3. Physical ability 

4. Potential

Cam had the same problem. To be honest Cam never really fixed his footwork which is why he struggled with accuracy.

 

The question is can AR be coached up and willing to fix his footwork?

You can just sense the tiers and presence of the top guys. It's a whole aura and control thing.

Half the defensive draft classes for the last 10 years have come out of that conference.. So it’s not a hard code to crack..
