My point - Panthers have until May 1 to decide if they wish to pick up his 5th year option of 11m.  Based on his work so far, I doubt they do so.  That plus Jackson's 14m cap hit (vs. 10m in savings from a cut) means we may really need a cb sooner rather than later.  They are not cheap on the open market.

We’re not going to pick up an 11m option for Henderson. That doesn’t mean he won’t be a Panther in 2024. We may keep him around on a cheaper deal.

Ive seen this past around more than normal, YGM isnt a good 3-4 fit. I totally disagree, I think its the best chance he has at making a NFL career. 

Id also love to sign clowny on da cheap too, him and JJ watt were hell as 3-4 ends....YGM can play it, not at either of theirs lvl, but enough get 20 snaps.

I’d love Clowney or Yannick O from the colts I wonder if that’s even a option for us.

      Btw... only Mitch fugging Marner has a better +/- than Key 🔑!!! And, Mitchy needed 5 more games and almost 100 more shifts to get there.

      I was honestly flabbergasted to see Rod send out Stanky and the boys to to matchup against their top line to start the game. The reason that line has been so effective is because they've been matched mostly against 2nd and 3rd lines all year. You've got last change. Use it to your advantage.

      Nobody played well on defense last night. But, the vitriol towards Chatfield (and to a lesser extent, K'andre) is bigly misplaced. People (not just you) just refuse to accept how bad Slavin has been this season. And, I get it. Canes fans (and informed analysts) have spent nearly a decade trying to explain to casuals just how good Jaccccob is at hockey. 4Nations happened and the hockey watching public started to listen. National media even started floating the idea of creating a new award in his honor. Then this season, he gets hurt. It happens. NBD. But, when he finally came back, it wasn't the same. He'll get back to his old self in no time. Probably just some rust, it'll be fine. Only, it wasnt rust, and he's not fine. He's bad right now. It wasnt just last night. Although, that was absolutely the worst game of his NHL career. Slavin (-4) currently has the 3rd worst +/- of anyone left in the playoffs. We've  been begging the world to recognize Jaccob Slavin's greatness. And, by the time we finally got people to listen, he shits the bed! I blame Kash!
