New Coach. New QB. New Uniforms?

I’m not the best at Photoshop… but what about something like this?

I always felt the One Carolina logo was actually pretty great and heavily under utilized. I remember Tepper had this on the fan survey a few years back about the mid-field logo, so Tepper must like this logo. Gives us a more throwback logo but also includes both states in a pretty unique yet subtle way.

FWIW, most teams that update their uniforms, usually do it in mid-late April right before the draft. I researched previous teams rebranding and it's usually in April at some point.

I did see folks speculating about the AZ change too, the other team rumored for a change. They pointed out their draft hat's new inclusion of yellow and ties to their state flag.

This would go against our thoughts of removing the silver because our hats have a heavy dose of gray/silver...or is that a matte white?

The copper color in the cards hat is being featured in other texts associated with the team, where as in the last, there was little copper. Copper is on their state flag I assume. Also, there is a rumor that their team store is closed today through Saturday for an “event”.

And apparently this weekend or the coming week there should be some kind of announcement or unveiling for AZ.

The event in question is the Mecum Auto sale thing tho which has been confirmed.

    • This.  He knows where the seam is about to open, cuts, and accelerates hard. He’s slippery and tacklers always seem to be taking awkward angles to get to him. No dancing. Runs low and powerful. Almost never goes backwards for a loss. We’ve rarely had the guy who bounces off of tacklers. It’s nice seeing another one.
    • I can't speak for others but yes I read it. The conclusions are based heavily around the use of the statistical metric DYAR created by football outsiders and used by ESPN for this article. It only includes players whose production began in 2000. But excluding HOF running backs who produced BIG in an iteration of the NFL that was not yet catered to making things much easier for offenses in order for them to prop up more recent candidates is rather absurd and seems like just playing favorites regardless of where one might fall on their opinion of the use of the metric in question.
    • Same thing I first thought but then I saw it was against Jacksonville and took about half a second of playing to know. I was at that game.  I can't tell you my level of excitement when I saw it was Delhomme instead of Peete who came out for the 2nd half. Delhomme has and will probably always be my favorite Panther.
