NFL says Bryant ruling was wrong

League VP of Officiating Mike Perreira has stated that the ruling of an incomplete pass on the Antonio Bryant catch should not have been overturned. Perreira said there was not "indisputable visual evidence" to overrule the initial call.

i knew it. they were only looking at the feet. he didn't have control of the ball until after his feet touched the ground and he was on his way out.

and it was so obvious. the officiating sucked throughout the entire game

There is no doubt in my mind that John Fox would have challenged that 3rd and 1 spot later in the game, if the refs wouldn't have got the Bryant play wrong, so that call was a really big deal.

I knew it wasn't a catch because in the Jets game they reversed Smitty's sideline catch for the same reason. They were blinded by all the *sparkle* coming off him.
