Also, it was put out there that they had no legitimate backup so they couldn't afford him to get hurt. They didnt want him running.

He said it in his pre draft pressers and no one believed him. He can eventually do the Georgia game every week if needed

unfortunately, it has the familiar  feel of futility in being a pro team not knowing how to complete a forward pass

perhaps that will change Monday … on National Tv

We know the Panthers are probably cursed and it would be only fitting to select the worst QB of the top 3 in the 2023 draft after giving up what they did to get him.
