It's Not Going to Be Easy for Carolina...

Not to long ago, Carolina was sitting atop the NFL and made sure the NFL knew they were there. On the way to their 15-1 season and Super Bowl appearance, Carolina was cocky. They show boated. And they had the after game selfies.  As much fun as it was for them and the fan base, the rest of the NFL and the teams they left in their wake were left humilated.  Teams dont just shrug that off.  Players dont just shrug that off.  Carolina decimated the NFC South, especially that goose egg they gave them 38-0, and it is expected that given the opportunity, they will repay the favor over and over again.  It is carolinas turn to play punching bag in the NFC South.  Gotta suck it up and get better.  They say payback is a *****.  It is what it is.

3 stats that prove these 2015 Panthers might be one of the best teams of all time | For The Win

Nobody in the division gives a poo about showboating in 2015. Most of those players are gone. The Saints Falcons and Bucs are all new look. Besides the entire league and now social media is all about boasting and rubbing other teams players and fans noses in it. Welcome to 2023.

The average NFL player was either a senior in high school or a college freshman in 2015.  The average age of a pro is like 26, and young NFL fans loved Cam.  They probably liked that Panthers team and had fun watching them.

They also weren't old enough to have become bitter losers pissing on the internet about how the Panthers "don't play the game the right way" and sitting on their couches yelling for the ref to throw the flag because Cam dabbed.  That and sports media outlets pandering to people like that is where most of the controversy came from that year.

    • Been here since middle school right when it started around 2003 after the charlotte.com one. Living outside of Carolina it was tough to find good Panthers content, news or analysis. And no one to talk to about it. This place gave me a lot though I don’t often post. In the later days, I particularly Loved PhillyB’s write ups. They were fire. Too bad I go let it go. I appreciate the hell out of @MHS831 @TheSpecialJuan @Jackie Lee and others who have been posting great content and keeping this place worth coming back to. Particularly during the offseason. Appreciate y’all!
    • Nice explanation, but I was just messing with you. Thought that would be obvious. I dont have the energy to keep on trolling. Last season I compared our situation with Bryce as a potential Alex Smith, but what we should be looking for is our version of Mahomes. Some people will read that as one sentence, to me that single sentence is equivalent to a half A4 explanationf of the teams pathway forward.
    • I dont know how much of his salary would come across and how much a trade would cost but I feel Kmet would be the sort of TE Canales and Morgan would like
