What position should we cover first in the '10 draft?

I'd go with a DT in a deep DT class or DE. Hollis and Kemo will probably not be here next season so this will be a position we will need to address...again. WR next and just improve team speed on special teams.

Brian Price DT or Austen Lane DE. I would love to get Tate if hes there.

I say CB or best available. Once we get our 15 DT's off IR we should be able to put together a fairly decent group. If there is a great QB that slid that far sure take him. Why not? WR I think can be found in rounds 3-4. There are some very good sleeper WR and remember we aren't looking for a 1 guy. And for those of you that say we should then the pick would be Arrelious Benn. Only 1 WR that could be lingering around when we pick. I think we should take a look at Brandon Ghee or Kareem Jackson. If I could bet anyone I wanted though it would be Jermaine Gresham. Guy is basically a #2 WR that can block and will dominate every matchup against LB's

If Arthur Jones or Brian Price are available, I'd like to see us take them in the second round. DE depth may be a need. WR is obvious--Brandon Lafell, Demaryius Thomas, Arrellious Benn, Mike Williams, please none of these small-school guys some people are crazy about. WRs Jeremy Williams and Damian Williams can return punts.

Not sure we need a QB in the draft, but I'd hope we sign an experienced one in FA.

    • You’re playing madden we’re talking real football stuff…. He does have you seen his special on internet he def thinks he’s getting paid
    • Without the team having an identity kinda hard to predict what they value.  They either are really trying to build a balanced team, or preparing for another swing at qb if Bryce doesn’t pan out. Seems like we value the o line but the $ spent there has been underwhelming besides Lewis, you could say it’s because of injuries but still hasn’t been worth the investment. as already stated, the whole handling of Bryce young as a whole has been ass backwards, we spent the years we’re supposed to take advantage of having a qb with a lower cap hit, building the team up to be adequate. now It appears, key word appears, the saints have done it correctly, which is painful to even think about. Regardless, I hope the front office has paid attention to qb contracts recently, such as Tua, Kyler, Daniel jones(pre colts) and don’t settle for subpar qb play at franchise qb rates
    • This is the flaw in your logic.  Cutting 3 of our best players will somehow move us from whatever we are to "compete". Even the most Young super fans are not predicting a ceiling above top 10-12, and that will not nearly cut it.  Someone will need to break the log jam of QBs getting nothing or North of 50. Our qb is at best a middle ground, lets hope it will be us that also manage to pay the worth at about 100 over 3 years.  And before you jump me, yes that is only of he improves.
