I can't imagine anyone having less urgency. I know Colts players criticized him for not getting fired up enough but this is wild. Imagine being this bad at your job and coming in for a work meeting and talking about "making a couple little tweaks" to eventually be doing a good job, but also telling your boss it takes time and to have some patience. You would be replaced as soon as they could find a replacement

Rhule thought the exact same thing. So the Panthers essentially hired Rhule if he had NFL experience.

Reich has never been a QB guru. He has been mediocre pretty much everywhere he has been. 
He gets WAY too much credit for making Wentz look like a good QB. 
I put it more on Pederson then him.

I’m not calling him one, that’s what the media and espn were saying about him. He’s some offensive guru and qb whisperer or some poo. I think Frank is trash.

      I made it about 5 minutes, dude seems pretty insufferable.  But if you watch him through, even with a clean pocket his mechanics and footwork seem different on almost every throw.  Some he has a wide footbase and doesnt plant his foot, others he does the hop throw.  That has to get cleaned up for any consistency
