You pull Bryce now right? If you think he is going yo be your quarterback like Tepper knows he will be since he is the greatest QB he has ever witnessed, you pull him right? This isn't considered experience. You can do this anytime. Just have him stand somewhere with his eyes closed and have guys hit him as hard as they can. You don't have to do this during a game. Maybe if we drafted a quarterback that could operate under center it would be a little harder for the defense to predict what’s the offense is about to do.

our offense is 95% shotgun. Get under center and slow the pass rush down with some damn play action.
