A Bleak Picture Concerning Bryce

To explain why it doesn’t matter. Thought that was clear.

Cam contributed to his team getting better.

Bryce contributed to his team getting worse.

Now that’s something that isn’t debatable.

Cool but Cam not having to carry a offense is a big plus.. Whether you admit it or not.. Having a number 1 Wr a good Oline, 2 TE and 2 1,000 yard backs was a asset..  Love Cam above others but he didn’t make Smitty or Shockey, then Oline or Dwill and Stew.. They were Pro bowlers before he got here..

BY has none of this..

Bryce was a 4th round take a flyer pic IMO....not sure what the talent evaluators saw but feel bad for him...hope its a good story and he rises above it...

He didn't even have a great final year at Alabama once he lost his best weapons. No clue why that and him not throwing at the combine, walking around in a hoodie and backpack because he probably gained 15 pounds of water weight, etc weren't major red flags. People say he didn't ask to come here but he did everything he could pre draft to cover up his weaknesses so yeah he kinda did

You don't get it. You're using the benefit of hindsight. Going into the 2011 season we had no idea if Smitty would or could bounce back. Very few players in that situation do. Having a legit franchise QB feeding them the ball certainly helps.

Since you want to make caveat because this is a dumb point..

Because the original statement was

Cam had a better supporting cast his rookie season..  That’s what happened no matter what happens the rest of the season this will be a fact.. This isn’t a prediction this fact..

What are you talking about? Cam carried every single offense he was on here in Carolina, but if you want to nitpick 2011 was arguably the best supporting cast he ever had and it was all downhill from there. Cam looked the part from day one and elevated the team around him. Bryce has proven himself to be tough but has shown absolutely zero of Cam's intangibles and he also has inferior physical traits to not only Can, but for the position in general. There is no comparison.

Some dude said it might be “4-5 years until the light turns on.”

Fade me and move the team. Either order. Imagine being so delusional to think that’s acceptable.

Brother its going to be 4-5 years before the team is able to win.

Barring a Tua-like turn around and other miracles, the future is already over for any panther success.

Another dog pile is if they team was just average, they'd be leading this shitty NFC south.

Team is devoid of talent and the couple plus/above average players are soon-to-be free agents form a ONE win team........there are no difference makers on the roster.

Yes, so I broke down what the actual players looked like going into the season. Franchise QBs make everyone look better. Greg Olsen tells everyone who:ll listen that Cam made his career.

What did that have to do with what actually happened..

Even your breakdown was BS..

Because nobody thought we had a number 1 WR like Smitty before this season..

We didn’t have 2 1,000 yard backs or 2 TE the level of Shockey or Olsen…

The Oline wasn’t coming into the season injured and Gross and Kali are way better then Ickey and Bosaman

Got happy feet expecting the rush to cave on him quick. Got stuck on one particular read in his progression and totally missed Thielin flash open. Saw Thielin late and threw to him but by the then the defender recovered and almost picked it off.

Bad play and rep by Bryce. No defending it.

You should look at all of it in Winks’ account on X

it is putrid how many times Tommy Tremble was open

….and what’s with Young hopping around

    • The lack of discipline has seriously been our downfall the last month. Seems like we just went off course this last month and Lee won't address it. You can't just live and die by the 3 when you can attack the paint and at worst draw a foul
    • Great season regardless of what happens. From starting out 4-14 to ending 44-38 is incredible progress and future is bright from here. I do think we can beat the Heat and then win on the road against either Orlando or Philly assuming Embiid doesn’t miraculously return sooner. But if not, a higher draft pick is nice too
    • I know a DT that's asking for a trade: 🤔 maybe a home discount can be worked out. Dan Morgan could create up to $80 million in space through restructures of stars like Derrick Brown, Jaycee Horn, or Taylor Moton. They could also include players like Tershawn Wharton ($18.6M cap hit) in the trade to balance the salaries. Carolina Receives: DT  Dexter Lawrence II New York Receives: 2026 2nd Round Pick (No. 51 Overall): A premium Day 2 selection that fits the for  Lawrence  after his 0.5-sack season in 2025. WR  Xavier Legette : A young, high-upside receiver who provides the playmaking depth HC John Harbaugh needs for his offense. 2026 4th Round Pick: Immediate mid-round value. 2027 4th Round Pick (via MIN): Future capital acquired in the  Adam Thielen  trade.  ----- Stone Forsythe* (another young player as a potential trade option)provides immediate offensive line retooling for HC John Harbaugh.    John Harbaugh's history in Baltimore proves he values draft volume over individual superstars.    Just my 2cents
