The concern with Tua was that he might not be elite. 

The concern with Young is that he might not be NFL caliber.

Watch DeVito throw the ball. Do you see the speed of his release? The velocity of the ball? The fact that his feet and hips are aligned and ready to throw the ball?

That's what it's supposed to look like. This guy is flat out better than Bryce Young. It's not even close.
