Individually:

Bryce and Bryce trade - 0. Calling it an F isn't enough. It's a zero.

Rest of the draft - F

Sanders - F

Hurst - F. Paying a former 1st round bust turned career journeyman like a legit starter. Brilliant. Peak Hurney stuff.

Chark - F. Signing a deep threat specialist to pair with a QB who has no deep ball. Brilliant.

Bozeman - F. Another mauler asked to try to finesse.

Thielen - B. This guy has actually been a good player for us and our passing game would be non-existent without him. All criticism of Thielen aren't about the player himself, but that a guy who should probably be a #3 WR at this stage in his career isn't a true #1. Well, no poo.

Von Bell - B. He's been a good player for us. No complaints.

Dalton - B. Looked pretty good that one time we actually played him.

Frank Reich and company - LOL, F

Everyone I forgot or left out - F

Was this our worst offseason ever?

2009 or 2010 would be the only ones I can think of that come close.  2009 because of the Delhomme contract and trading a future 1st to take Everette in the 2nd round.  2010 didn't have any moves as bad as the trade up for Bryce or Everette, but we did absolutely nothing and wasted a year of a lot of great players.

F is not low enough for the low-IQ moves that have been happening one after another for years now.

Not sure why this thread even needed to be created since anyone with half a brain would have given this disastrous trade an F like i did when it happened regardless on who would have been taken in the draft months later. Maybe i was the only one who thought trading our ONLY playmaker was one of the worst move ever by a GM and called for his ouster after it was made. This playmaker finally made Fields look good in year 3 when he finally got a true playmaker.

I also given the ghost passer trade an F too cause after 3 years of failure as a starter, only a fool would think a change in scenery would make any difference. Our GM is a joke!

The fact we gave up DJ Moore IN ADDITION to draft capital is the joke to start with. DJ was worth 2 first by himself.

You got that right my friend. The 49ers refused to trade any of their playmakers to the Dolphins cause they had no playmakers which is why Tua was struggling to find anyone open with his accurate yet weak noodle arm. SF rather give the Fins 3 first round picks instead to draft Trey Lance. Fortunately the Fins was able to draft Tua's Bama connection buddy in Waddle as their 1st playmaker and the rest is history.

When Da Bears ask for our only playmaker to help out Fields, our idiot GM complied like no big deal so Fields as their GM must be laughing at us that he accepted. Yet most fans here continues to bash Bryce, calling him names like pillows when he has NO PLAYMAKERS on make a difference! If we can somehow trade for Jamo to complete the Bama connection, Bryce using his accurate arm can finally open up field which will be a sight to behold.

But it seems like only a few like us here understand the importance of playmakers that i been harping on since day one! Until we get a playmaker which is NOT Thielin nor Mingo as neither can get any separation even on a good day, we will continue struggling to win games and it will NOT be Bryce's fault!!!

    • It was absolutely a catch, and I can’t believe how many folks were stating, before the NFL’s apology, that the overturn was the right call.  The ultimate question in this case is this: can a player complete a catch with only one hand? Of course, we all know the answer to that question, and it is an emphatic “Yes.” T-Mac maintained complete control with one hand (believe it was the right) while the other came off when the ball hit the ground. The ball was in the same position in the one hand (watch T-Mac’s fingers in relation to the NFL shield on the ball) after touching the ground as it was when it first went to the ground. Going back to the question above, if one hand can establish control, then there was no need for the other to stay on the ball, so long as the ball doesn’t move in that one hand that stays on it   It blew my mind that they overturned this in the first place. This should not be a “We got it wrong on the replay because there wasn’t clear and convincing evidence.” This should have been, “That was absolutely a catch.”
    • Sign him up. I am willing to bet he wouldn't finish a game with -2 yards.
    • He is just fuging limited in every way.  On one hand, and nfl player, you would want to bulk them up so long as it doesn’t limit their mobility, elasticity, flexibility, ROM, or dynamicism - as is the concern with bulking up.  But the issue with that is, you would be worried about that when a guy has those traits to begin with.  Bryce is a very average athlete with a weak arm.  So if you’re not gonna be a great athlete with a strong arm, bulk up.  And if you can’t or won’t bulk up, find another fuging profession that doesn’t require athleticism and arm strength.  You’re built like a bitch AND aren’t a great athlete - you can’t be subpar in both categories…  well, unless you play for the Panthers apparently.
