Cam Newton made Tepper an offer he can't refuse. Newton for President.

No thank you.  He has no front office experience whatsoever outside of signing fat contracts in said office

Cant be any worse than the incompetents we have all through the organization currently. They are guaranteed idiots. Cam is an unknown with zero experience. I will take him all day over what we currently have just based on the fact that who we have in place cant get the job done and its proven.

I honestly don't know how much power anyone in the building actually has and that's the source of my biggest concern. If Tepper is the one actually calling the shots when he wants to then all the personnel changes in the world aren't likely to lead to a change in the results. Our best bet is Fitterer being an atrocious GM and him having the wool pulled over Tepper's eyes since he's been here. I just don't know that I'd put much money down on that one.

Our "experienced" guys we currently have SUCK. Anybody could have got us to where we are and I mean ANYBODY period.

I can’t deny any of this. I’d love having cam come back as a consultant of sort. Looks like he’s not even expecting any pay until r the team starts winning or there are results showing improvement

Would be interesting none the less. Im sentimental and these three mentioned (Cam,Olsen,Luke) all were passionate Panthers and played with heart unlike any of these numbskulls we currently have on the roster could ever even come close to dreaming of. I used to be emotionally tied to those guys and so many other Panther legends but these days I dont see anybody around I have any care for other than Derrick Brown. Something about him reminds me of an old school Panthers legend. Other than him this organization from top to bottom has zero personality. I guess my sentimental idea behind Panthers legends like them in power would be knowing how much heart and soul they played with and figuring how much heart and soul they would now coach with and lead presidential decisions with. I feel like their hearts alone wou,d make up for inexperience and force them to put extras hours in to not only catch up to their peers but pass them up.

    • I can say that I have defended Canales because I get that they are doing all they can to keep from looking like idiots for drafting Bryce, from the trade up to signing $150m guards to drafting XL and Brooks etc---nothing seems to work.  And Hiring Canales was part of the Bryce Young rehab program, so so he can't really decide to "move on."  That has to come from Morgan and Tepper. Personally, I think Bryce is due for an injury.  He is small, he is not thick, and he has been a LOT more healthy than most any other QB has who has endured so much pressure.  The thing that bothers me is this---Bryce really does not go through his progressions quickly.  He locks on to his presnap read and stays locked onto him for too long--he seems to fail to anticipate the WR/TE's positioning on the play before the cut--for example, if the WR is running a dig and the CB has his back to the inside of the field, he should be open for a second or less just after the cut.  He seems to wait until the cut has been made before deciding, then checking down quickly while moving in the pocket. OL:  There seems to be a lack of communication--is that on Mays?  Watch this team presnap--they seem a bit confused at times.   I can almost predict the success rate of the play by watching the center and QB before the snap.
    • Anyone else remember back in 2010 when Fox piloted having music under the in-game replays during one of Carolina's games? Not the commercial bumpers but the actual replay clips that the announcers would talk over. Pretty sure it was vs the 49ers. And it was terrible. Point being, Carolina continues being so bad that we get the networks trying things out during their games.
    • Is it bad I found this video more hilarious than pathetic? I am still laughing at that one play where half the people on the field ran into each other and Bryce still couldn't see Chuba wide open... Also laughing at Cade blocking nobody and somehow losing his cleat Man this offense is a poo show
