If winning is all that matters, this is beyond unacceptable (31% after 98 games) for an owner.  He’d fire himself if he saw those numbers.

The worst part is that it’s actually going to get worse. We’re stuck with Bryce for 4 years and have no 1st overall next year and no 2nd in 25, and not much space, bad contracts on books. There’s literally no hope.

No way it's 4 years, if he is still playing like this next season they will bench him at some point

My fear is that he'll improve some and get Tepper's hopes up enough so that he delays cutting bait. This is the worst of all possible worlds. Tepper is stupid, and he can't see that Bryce has the ceiling of a crawl space.

yup..........what if he plays well enough and the team is producing 5 to 7 win seasons.............you could be mired in that mess for a long time thinking any year now we will contend for the division again........

This is a point I've been making for awhile. Tepper has to come to grips with the reality that David Tepper the owner would've fired David Tepper the President of Football Operations several times by now. He has to essentially fire himself from his current role and carve out a new role for himself within the organization, one where his influence is minimal on the football side of the house.

I think if the team won Super Bowl 50 the entire trajectory of this franchise would have been different.
