This is the part I am talking about.  He does not REQUIRE both of his feet to leave the ground as per both the clips I have shown you.  Then you switched to focusing in on solely his hip rotation and weak arm etc...  His deep ball does not require both of his feet to leave the ground.  Your original claim is debunked with video evidence.  I'm sorry that you are having trouble handling or grasping that.  Back to his weak arm, mechanics, size etc.. have at it.

Here is the thread about QBs leaving their feet which I was referencing too earlier.

And, what does that thread show exactly, that QBs' feet leave the turf when making off-platform shovel passes and off-platform throws while scrambling? Well, no poo Sherlock!

I'll ask you again, and please be sentient just long enough for you to read and comprehend my original question: show me another NFL quarterback whose feet (both of them) leave the ground at the same time before hip rotation when throwing on-platform deep balls.

I was kicking around doing that the other day because you can't post anything about the team without someone making a snide comment or choosing to poo on Bryce completely unprompted in damn near every thread.

The toxicity from last year is still carrying over.

With the way some act like they hate the guy, it'll probably continue until Young isn't part of the team any longer.

These are the people that remind me of that guy that brings up the dumb cringey thing you did with a girl in high school when you're talking to a new girl to try and make you look bad and themself look better.

It's like, dude, yeah, that sucked and I hate it and want to move on. Please stop bringing it up every chance you get. It's annoying and makes me like you less and not want to hang out anymore.

Maybe timeouts are in order for those derailing all the threads.

My contention has always been that Bryce is "one of the most physically limited, fundamentally flawed QBs ever" in the NFL, and that Bryce defenders have laughably low standards and are barely sentient.

Your contention..... since 5 hours ago? There's a high chance you loved the Bryce pick and just made a new account to scrub your post history and try to prove to everyone that, as Snape would say, you are an insufferable know-it-all and "knew it all along". It wouldn't be the first time on this forum.

Give it up.  You stated he REQUIRES (I'm assuming you know what that word means) both feet to leave the ground before he throws deep passes.  I provided evidence showing that is wrong.  You were wrong, got carried away, overexaggerated.  It happens, just move on.  So yeah there is a screenshot of him doing it but he does not ALWAYS do it which means it is not a REQUIREMENT.

Oh God, I didn't realize he was a new alt account.  I'm sorry for even entertaining the troll and continuing the derailment of this thread.

I do not pretend to be infallible or without flaws. I've been wrong on things over the years. We all have.

Realistically most of what's been said here and on other Panthers fans social media platforms between the months of May and September for the last several years amounts to little more than spam. People drew lines in the sand over contentious takes on Bridgewater too. To the point of being asked if some people are really a Panthers fan over it. There will be reactionary spam during the season too particularly on gamedays. I've been reading these discussions on the huddle for 20 years. It's the same stuff rehashed the only thing that changes are the names in the front office the coaching staff and the roster.

Some fans might be best served to stick to the official team social feeds if they are burned out on all this. Nothing wrong with that either. Different strokes for different folks. We're all human.

As for the huddle. Honestly most of us post here out of habit. It's a habit hard to break. No different than the majority of the population that can't stop scrolling Facebook or X.

Basically.....

It ain’t hard. A nice woman might help with that.

You going to keep peddling this like it’s some victory lap for you. This a new year. Fresh perspective. Try it some time.

New year? Fresh perspective?

You gave up on him. You threw in the towel.

Yet now you want to be the first and official word on how to root for him and the Panthers?

There's a word for this. Clownery.

Nobody is asking you to root for him.  We (or at least I am) are asking you to stop derailing every single thread by bringing up Bryce Young. And you do this constantly

And this isn't me saying that we shouldn't have negative takes about Bryce on this forum, so before you accuse of me of trying to eliminate negative posts about Bryce, that isn't the case at all.  However, to me, it is weird to come into a thread that was about highlighting our offseason/OTAs, and unprompted, you go into bashing Bryce Young.  There are at least 5 other threads on the first page alone where you could have trashed Bryce.  And you know this, because you have in all of them threads.

You're a smart guy from what I can tell but your disdain for Bryce has become obnoxious, even if you are right about him.  If a Bryce fan bombarded every single thread to talk about how good they felt he was, you wouldn't like it.  I know this because anytime this discussion happens you bring up "Bryce fanboys," when in fact everything you accuse them of doing?  You do the same thing except from the opposite side.

You do this constantly.  Even now with the "clownery" comment.  If people described your posts as clownery, you wouldn't appreciate it, would you?

Have I told you or AceBoogie or anyone to "stfu" for voicing an opinion? Honest question. I guess you simply conveniently missed that post btw.

Enough with this blaming others for every Bryce thread mess. I've made zero Bryce threads. I left yesterday and come back this morning and there are two different Bryce threads at the top of the first page going strong with replies. This isn't going anywhere with or without me. People here are grown and choose to create these threads read these threads and engage. If you don't want to deal with any of this then log out or stop refreshing threads.

Maybe I'll take a hiatus until the season opener on Sept 8th.

What do you think the over/under will be on the number of new Bryce Young threads and unrelated threads derailed into Bryce Young threads will be in my absence?

Let's give it a go.

When did I accuse you of making Bryce Young threads?  I said you make a lot of posts talking about how bad Bryce Young is in almost every thread that you post in, regardless of what the thread was about (such as this one).

This is rich coming from the person who spent the last year complaining about "Bryce fanboys."  Now he's giving advice about how to deal with stuff you don't want to read.

    • Idk man, I think it’s necessary.  There’s people working 9-5s everyday that get told poo about what they aren’t and what they’re not capable of and they’re working for scraps.  These guys are making millions.  People are watching and invested because their team and fandom is a part of their identity and a big source of pride.  When someone like Bryce comes in and is given chance after chance after chance after proving he is not worthy of the position he’s being gifted, and he continues to be the biggest reason above any that we are losing, yeah…  I think it’s fair to call a spade a spade.  Am I saying Bryce the person is trash?  Bryce the person is a piece of poo?  Absolutely not.     I came up in an era, especially in basketball, where if you were fuging up people heckled the poo out of you.  I played in rec leagues as a teen where the fuging parents were calling kids trash and yelling poo like “TURNOVER!!!  TURNOVER!!!”  “CANT DRIBBLE!”  “CANT SHOOT!”  And that’s adults screaming that poo to kids like we were in the fuging Rucker lol.🤣🤣🤣  I went on to play basketball at a collegiate level and with professional players in different settings.  What those experiences as a kid taught me was to see if there is any merit to what people are saying, and if there is, then work my ass off til they can’t say that anymore.  Come back better, tougher, harder.  And I did.  If kids can figure that poo out, an adult calling another adult who is bad at his job while making millions and millions of dollars will be just fine.
    • I have tried to like this team, lord knows I have tried. BY9 is a nice young man, if I had a daughter he can take her to prom, but he ain't QB1 and he's not Cam or Delhomme Chuba is a average RB, he isn't Stephen Davis, he isn't J-Stew McMillan has the makings of a good WR, but he isn't 89/Moose D. Brown is a great player, but if the game was on the line I want Kris Jenkins       I miss this brand of football, even in the bad Jake games the games were entertaining It has been nearly 8 years now of watching numb football
