Ohio state just has way more talent in general.  Coaching only gets you so far in lopsided talent matchups. We've seen that in cfp this year especially in R1 where the favorites just roflstomped the other teams.

Nope, though you can get some idea by checking on the NIL deals the kids get.

I did not, I just recall many years upon years of they making some of weakest schedules and get heavy media support. At end the 9-2 seasons were jokes once they played a real top 50 team.

Project confidence at the very least. He looked and sounded defeated, which is not what I'd want to see out of my head coach.
