Christensen, Mays and Company did a good job, especially giving up only a single sack (and that on a wonky play).

Not bad at all 🙂

BC and Mays were up and down. Got ragdolled a few times and allowed pressures. Still solid against a great pass rush team. Especially for backups.

Maybe we finally have some OL depth for the first time in about 15 years.

For those who want us to tank: Who in this draft has franchise QB tendencies and skills that will translate to the next level?

I honestly don’t see a single player with franchise QB characteristics.

I’m still not sold on Bryce long term, but we have needs all over in order to set the next young QB up for success.

No just stay where we are let the chips fall where they may. We've made our bed just have to roll with it no more trades.

eh depends on the cost and what the selection is. ward, sanders, ewers are the only ones in play right now imo. as of today, im not moving up for any of that lot. but there is a lot of games left to see what they all do as the pressure mounts for them all.

then again i was all for standing pat in 2023 and not making the trade. let a non QB come on down and ride sam/walker+1 for another year and build up. gosh how that could have been. stroud may have been worth the cost, idk.

eh, would not shock me if 1 of the top 3 QBs works out between Ward (successful in 3 stops already), Ewers, or Sanders. i still have doubts on all 3 atm, but lots of games left.

You cant evaluate them against bottom 5 teams either

Sure you can.

Start of this season, we were the worst team in the NFL, by far.  Now we are beating teams.  Not by much, and they are bad, but its something.

They say that to be the best, you have to beat the best.  But its also true that to turn a team around, you have to start by winning games against bad teams.  And this is a start.  Nothing more, nothing less.

Ewers melts down against competent defenses. Shadeur plays nobodies and has average arm strength and Ward takes insane gambles with the football.

Out of the three, I’d probably go with Shadeur, but daddy ain’t letting him come here. He’ll pull the Eli bull****.

Ward is the best out of the 3, is his only flaws is sometimes takes risks..that can be fixed

    • Play point guard while throwing to… in 2023: Mingo - bust. Hurt/hasn’t done a thing in Dallas. Well on his way out of league  Chark - no longer in league  Hurst - no longer in league Marshall - hasn’t done a thing  Sullivan/Strachan - pretty much same dude. Both not playing  Thielen - hasn’t done a damn thing since he left Carolina  Miles Sanders - nothing    2024: Legette - rookie WR who still has no idea what he’s doing  Mingo - see above  Coker - when he did play/healthy he was solid  Thielen - see above  Sanders - bust Diontae Johnson - headache. Out of league. Failed on 12 teams in 2024 There’s more names but again all irrelevant and doing nothing in the league. This is the crap and turnover Bryce has dealt with the first two seasons. Given the type of QB Bryce is he stood no chance with these guys. We’re finally seeing improvement because there’s some consistency at least now. It would be nice if we could get Bryce a tight end worth a Damn so he could use the middle of the field more often. Plus we’ve had 10 different OL combinations this season as well or something absurd  What an absolute disaster this has been since the trade up.
    • I mean we are limited in our options realistically, Howell is a Baker esque player who put up 4k and 22tds in his one year starting... with no weapons and a horrible oline. Oh I'm sure out the gates he wouldnt have a chance vs teppers golden brycey but if we stumble out he gates again Canales may injury list him again to try and save his job.
