Lowkey tanking. You choose to go for it on 4th and 10 when you've struggled to pass protects all night long instead of kick a 57 yarder to tie?  And you don't keep in extra protection when they've been blitzing like crazy? If you're trying to win you have to either run your best screen play there or keep in extra blockers to account for the blitz. I don't think they were trying to win

The NFC playoffs will be very interesting. I think five teams have a shot at the SB (Rams, Eagles, Packers, Vikes, and Detroit).

The AFC is going to probably end up being which team loses to KC in the championship game.

The NFC definitely seems a lot more open. I'll be pretty surprised if it's anyone other than KC or Buffalo out of the AFC.

Ravens, Bills, Chiefs. Hoping the Bills or Ravens can save us from another Chiefs Super Bowl appearance.

    • I don’t know about floor in a team defense sense but we needed more.  The floor that I am familiar with is our QBs floor and it is so low that every other part of the team needs to be beefed up.     We tried our best to improve these things and I think we did improve the defense and we at least kept the offense  from sinking from no LT.  And ostensibly helped the receivers too.   So we kept a window open that we at least have a chance to improve our record by a game of two.  Which would probably give us the division.

    • Yeah. I am one of. those who think a JAG RB can eat with really good blocking. (Brooks is most important in my mind, in tbe passing game and that is what we’ll lose without him)  There are a lot of aspects to this. The big one that caused us to struggle is Young and his arm scared no one.  Best back, best blocking still cannot defeat a really good defense if they are not forced to respect the pass.  And teams did not.    But, a strong OL and running game Can get us over against weaker defenses.  And if Bryce still doesn’t scare anyone we can still win some games. Like last year  So it is really important to tend to that OL.   Get that straight and see if in his fourth year he can finally back defenses off. That is what if is all about this year to me, on the Bryce front.
