8th pick

I think Burden is a better player than TMac and definitely more explosive.  I want defense but Burden would definitely fit here

More explosive doesn't mean better, T-Mac can do a lot of things that Burden can't.

His catch radius alone is something that is very rare to find and what makes him stand out so much to me, especially when you combine it with how strong his hands are, he can just make catches that nobody else can.

It's made up. This person doesn't exist.

I’m the biggest Bryce hater and never miss an opportunity to talk poo about him.

Today was the first time I felt BY resembled an NFL QB and had a great fuging game. That’s well worth a few draft spots.

Its almost a given that Sanders will go in the top 10.  Probably top five.

People said that about Malik Willis and Will Levis at one time too, it wouldn't be the first time the media just gets sucked into the hype but the teams see right through it.

Sure, he probably still will go in the Top 3, but I don't think he's good enough, that there are already reports that some teams don't even have a 1st round grade on him, isn't a feather in his prospect cap.

We are gonna disagree and that is fine.  If TMac runs in the 4.4s I might change my mind but I think Burden is better.

Ward

Sanders

Hunter

McMillan

Graham

Johnson

Carter

The first 7 likely taken off the board. After that it’s a wildcard and teams boards will be all over the place

Walker, Starks, Burden, Pearce, Nolen, Scurton

Ideally one of the tackles sneaks into the first 7 pushing one of these guys down to 8 for us

Fwiw, I am glad the Panthers won't be taking him.  Don't want the drama that would be associated with taking Sanders junior.  But in fairness, its never a given that any draft pick will be a good decision.

It never goes as expected.. I would expect one or more of those players will be available, I also think Emmanwori is the first safety off the board. He runs sub 4.4 and is built like a LB. If it's available, I think we trade back and get a few more picks. This draft is very deep on the defensive side of the ball.

It is, however, a given that there will be some on here arguing that Sanders is the most generational pick of all generational picks ever made 😕

Is the rule that everybody we want will be gone by the time we pick in effect yet or is that coming later? 🤔

    • I did not want to start or even think about *if* BY reverts back to pre-non last 9 games.   There is a lane in which Panthers are looking QB after this season, I feel its higher than most will realize. I mean....not kidding... has any team ever traded up to 1st overall twice in the teams history? I don't even want to think within 3 years, just foresee Tepper squeezing Dans and Brandts sacs to the point were they are forced to trade up for a another savior.....   The kicker is I feel this way with BY playing good-great..... I think there with be non-fixable problems for contract negotiations between BY&reps vs Panthers org on the whole. You can not pay 50+ million per over few years with 70% guarantees for 3,303 yards 15 TDs and 9 INTs......Cursed I tell you....
    • It's not surprising, but it's still surprising that many of these guys don't manage their money in such a way that provides them and their families a better lifestyle than most for the rest of their lives without even working a nine-to-five. I can't imagine making over a 100 mil for a decade and ultimately ruminating about supporting my family due to financial issues.
    • That why i mentioned the KC dynasty. Those three different playoff loses were not Allens fault, in fact 1-2 plays and Bills win. KC just have better players and better coaches and more luck.  Defense-wise, Bills have been trying to crack the Reid-Halhomes magic. Its near impossible with rules and KC home field advantage. Spags has started to force the league in naming him the best DC in NFL history. I agree if you take away Bill bielacheat.... Add in Andy Reid the best QB coach and brilliant play designer/play-caller, I mean that's too much for one QB to over-come on his own.  Just trolling or not, bad is bad scot. Allen is legit as any one QB has ever been.
