They were looking for an excuse I think. This has been in the air all year, they do not like finishing 2nd to NE. -
I'm glad we can somewhat agree on something for a change. In the end every single team is going to have to deal with injuries along the OL. To have the highest paid group by a significant margin and have them banged up and still be roughly middle of the league is unacceptable based on the cost. It's terrible luck what happened to Icky. Feel awful for the kid even though he has been largely up and down to this point. That being said. I'm open to all options. We need to fill out the rest of this roster and no matter who is behind center whether it's Bryce or another QB down the line. If we are going to get back to the playoffs and actually win we need to invest in the defense badly and continue filling out the rest of the roster. If we go OT round 1 in this years draft I'll understand it based on the injury to Icky but we are only digging in further and further if we are assessing the situation from a neutral position. It's not sustainable. -
