I just don't understand why he's supposedly a lock to be a Head Coach at his next job. Yeah, nobody could pile up a lot of wins with this roster, but I just don't see what makes every pundit and talking head assume he'll just slide right in to lead another organization.

i've been saying that for a pretty good while. he could get hired, but i really do think it's more likely that he gets a DC job somewhere.
