Only kind of related to the topic...but this reminded me of how sad things were during the 2001 season. At the end of the year in that god awful game against the Patriots, the Panthers announced their "fan of the year" or some crap like that in the stadium. They gave it to a guy wearing a Kerry fuging Collins jersey. Really? "The fan of the year" wearing a jersey of an alcoholic QB who quit on the team 3 years ago?
