This looks like it was a great draft for the Hornets. Got a center, got a scoring guard, a glue guard and a high upside longshot wing as well.

Kon Knueppel is sensational for a rookie and he's still learning. Even though it's going to be another long sesson at least this years draft class is a home run.

but holy hell this rookie class is absolutely incredible so far. Love Kon, Kalk and Sion.

 

not sold on Lee as coach and even as a huge LaMelo fan, if we can’t count on him to stay on the court we gotta get a haul for him while we still can. Brandon I’m willing to give more time to see if he can stay healthy as he’s got the makings of a stud but not looking amazing for him either so far last year and this year.

Where would you send them?  I don't know who has the capital to give us something we can leverage the next year or two.  I know OKC has a ton of picks, I think maybe ATL too. But I wouldn't want to trade them to ATL and no chance OKC is taking on anything that would disrupt the long term plan they have built. 

And while I'm here, I was dead wrong about Kon.  Kid can play. Total draft looks great.

I’d love to see what Miller can do with this group. I’m kind of good with Sexton starting at PG. Sexton, Kon, Miller, Bridges (I’m good with trading him if it’s a good deal), and Kalk. James comes off the bench in a Marcus Smart type role.

Again was not fort seeing this Kon of 19 years ago, **but** I did save myself some with this ?maybe? comment above....

I also when I first seen him, I was shocked at his body.

Still not ready to make the "Ive seen enough", but to toss in my shock level are at the highest ever with the whole 25 class............ Sion and Kalkbrenner are the real story, holy hell for 2nd rounders back2back, they bypassed the fast 2way life into solid vet that you can count on, who are they?!?!?!? Sion PLAYS D and SO DOES KALK, that's impossible with young players. 

I know Liam hasn't got as many minutes, but he's got the right juice same as the others. Just too many good players in front of him plus he's got a couple injury bug. 

I hope they can keep this up and if they get better, this changing the course of hornets ball for the next 10+ years from the rare positive....

The main thing this team needs is healthy players but a big time defensive guy in the paint would help us.  Caleb Wilson is a target and we have the picks to make a move.  Boozer would also work but he looks like a solid but pedestrian NBA player from what I have seen so far.
