You are putting a lot of opinion on a very very small sample size.... especially since the actual starting 5 haven't played yet...  guarantee Lewis goes week 1.

We are running 4 of the starting 5 on the OL.  Which makes it basically a run of the mill normal NFL Sunday because rarely are you running your ideal group all season.

BY’s offenses actually have a huge sample size.   And this one is checking all the boxes for a 3peat start

The Andy Dalton injury was huge

The coaching staff cannot properly evaluate any offensive skill position player with Jack Plummer, who will not be on the team in 2 weeks

It’s roster malpractice.  They don’t want any QB talent on the roster that would lead to fans making noise about them down the road

He's been really the only positive today. If I split hairs, maybe Etienne was a positive. Thornton was solid last week as well

Etienne has definitely flashed. Sam Roberts as well imo. Ransom and Richardson are showing well for young guys but one of them needs to separate themselves from the other & Nick Scott.

We are looking at another 30+ to 10 preseason blowout loss. This isn’t acceptable. We’re not competing.

Both Bryce and Canales are on the clock, and I’m not confident in either.

Until convinced otherwise I think David Tepper is still pushing behind the scenes. He and Dan Morgan want so badly to save face for the trade up for Bryce Young. To enter camp with absolutely no competition at any level in the QB room is simply beyond the pale for this franchise.

    • I'm looking at the schedule and I see a 10+win season easy.  I think Carolina goes undefeated in the division.  I also believe that the Bears, Bengals, Lions, Browns, Steelers are very winnable.  Revenge game with phillips and the eagles could be a win.  Honestly only 2 games I see as chalking up a L to off the bat is the Seahawks and Broncos.
    • I guess so. Don't think I was involved with previous discussions.  Tepper is one of the newest owners in the NFL. Dan is going into his 3rd season as a GM - ever. Dave is going into his 3rd season as a HC - ever. Before becoming a HC, he was an OC/playcaller for one season total. Idzik is about to go into his 1st year as a play caller - ever. WRs are rookies, sophomores and 3rd year guys - though the experienced 3rd year guys are XL and Coker (who has missed a ton of games). TEs are guys going into their 2nd and 3rd seasons, and Tommy Tremble - though Sanders has missed a ton of games. QB has played 3 years. Chuba is an experienced RB, but Brooks and Etienne have taken very little snaps at the position. O-line is more experienced vets with some talent - which is HUGE. Need them to stay healthy. I mean the offense is very young in every aspect except O-line. You see it differently?
