for all the "dawg" talk....Panthers have essentially no attitude on the entire roster.

I mean, you can maybe make the Horn argument because of his play style but even Horn comes off as a pretty dang nice dude.

The ending of the Ron/Cam era.....ended the dawgs  in Carolina.   Think Rhule couldn't handle a locker room if they existed.  And we have never added them back once that house cleaning occurred.

This team has no alpha leader in the leadership positions. QB, quiet and soft. Coach. Quiet and soft. In game where you need alphas, we have betas. Cam and Jake were loud and strong leaders. So were Ron and Fox. Luke was a leader. TD was a leader.

Cam was a poor man’s Josh Allen, and it wasn’t particularly close between them. He was a guy with all of the talent in the world that didn’t want to put in the work or take his coaching which is why he never had sustained success.

One of the great all-time poo takes. Watching Cam succeed had to have been super painful for you. You're probably a happier "Panthers fan" watching us suck than you were sulking while Cam won us games.

Probably one of those "Derek Anderson just throws a better ball" types

You would've thought Cam trashing his throwing shoulder derailing his career while he still retained elite athleticism and vastly improved his completion percentage while being unable to push the ball down the field anymore would've quieted some of the haters down, but nope. They already had their narrative and they're sticking to it

    • Watching games this year again and Bryce missed a wide open XL many times and some of them were in the endzone. I get the kid has mental lapses and hasn't broke out yet, but this is year three on a rookie deal! Cutting bait now is too early. If he hasn't gained anymore trust from his QB, posted any highlights, little production, or outright gets beat out then we can talk movement.
    • Samesies   I truly may just cash completely out of Panther football if we give him a long term deal that isnt necessary.  I have watched NFL for 50 years now and I can without a shadow of a doubt say you cannot win consistently with BY.  Way too many limitations to deal with.   I may come back around in 3 years when the inevitable happens and all parties are either cut and/or fired.  Giving him a deal before this season so you hopefully can get him cheaper in case he "blows up" or if you truly believe that he will has to be the most moronic decision a gm can make when the evidence is laid before you with different players
    • This is the one! I was at that game and all KB had to do was lay down on the corner after the pick or make an obvious tag while he was down. He had already ran a lazy route. Then if Cam would've just walked to the sideline like most elite QBs instead of trying to make the tackle.  A lot of people bring up the TJ Watt hit, but he just reaggravated a bunch of scar tissue from that play. And every Cam hater said that the running did him in and it was a dive tackle attempt on an interception that initially began the shoulder deterioration. He still went to New England later and would've got them in the playoffs had their A team not sat out the covid year. We quit on him too early. But hey how good was Teddy? Am I right?
