Wilks is a good man and I respect him but as a coach he is very overrated. Similar to Rivera except less success.

Should have kept him.  He'd be our QB and would also start at LB since Morgan fields a defense that seems to believe that LB is not necessary.

Yet you will STILL get people who think Wilks would have been a good coach despite overwhelming proof interim HC success rarely translate into success once becoming the full time HC.

Wilks seemed good in comparison to what we had at the time. That was a devastatingly low bar to clear.
