The Panthers had 320 yards to the Pats 307, they had 21 first downs compared to 16 for the Pats and they held the ball for 35 minutes compared to 24 for the Patriots.

The offense did more than their part in keeping the Pats offense off the field.

This is peak box score watching

I wonder why guys like Nick Scott, DJ Johnson and Rozeboom are even on the team, much less playing significant snaps. Seems like  it would take a minuscule amount of effort to find anyone who is better when we are building a roster.

That's why we need to scour the scouting department of the whole lot of them along with Mushy-head Morgan.

So much of this flows from no one having confidence in the QB play. That's why it's time to move on from Young right now. It's killing everything about the team.

Trade a late round pick for a backup and roll with them and Dalton the rest of the way.

They scored on their first and last drive only.

Just checking all the threads going on:

  • We hate Tepper
  • We hate Canales
  • Tepper has been way too involved with football operation
  • Tepper fires way way way too many coaches
  • But we've also noticed that Tepper has been comparatively quiet last season and this season thus far (at least, publicly) with regards to football stuff. Maybe he's turned a page and letting the Football people do their thing?
  • We want Tepper to fire Canales

We can't be angry about Tepper firing coaches every 12 months AND saying that he needs to fire Canales in the same breath

We can only choose one: which do we pick?

Give everyone a raise and then fire them. Hire myself and give myself a raise and then fire myself. Rehire Hurney then fire him again. Grab Mrs. Teppers ass and sue myself for harassment and force myself to sell the team.

    • I do think with Fields you must include his rushing, where he has averaged 800 yards per season over 17 games. So he'd be at 3400 yards total in a season. Bryce in comparison is at 2900 yards passing plus 250 yards rushing so just a bit under Fields. Still not even impressive numbers for either of them. I personally found Fields more fun to watch l but I wouldn't choose either of them anymore.
    • Richardson and it's not even close.
    • That’s me. It is a lifelong staple of existence. Watching NFL since I was a youngster in Redskins territory. bBt wasn’t a Redskins fan really, we weren’t that close to DC. I was a Colts fan because my cousins moved to Baltimore. Then Irsay Sr Sr moved them in the dead of night in a huge betrayal. So I was cut loose to be a FA which it sucks to not have a team of your own.  This is why I always loved JR. He gave me a team. So I was automatically a Panthers fan from day one.  What Tepper has done, he should be made to feel ashamed. He is disliked by many and for good reason. He tore our pretty darned good thing down starting the day he took over. Bryce Young is just his most recent instrument of torture.
