Is this how the grass comes back to BOA?

I mean, I don’t have a lot of faith it’s ever coming back, but a dedicated indoor venue may decrease some of the wear and tear. 
 

If only we could get the soccer team to get their own place.

If Tep will not change the field back to grass on his own, it will have to be collectively bargained by the player's union during the negotiations for the next labor agreement.

This is nothing. Just 4400 seats in the place means smaller venues can also use the property downtown. It does nothing to stop them from using the stadium for larger venues.

Charlotte FC attendence is over 33k per game. This does nothing for the field. Just gives another venue to drive revenue.

Yeah I’m sure a Guns and Roses cover band playing for 4,000 people before a game will have huge implications on the playing surface.

Ahh yes...MLS will be playing on a 30yd field in front of 4k so they can sod the field again. LOL.

This. I think this issue will be taken out of the hands of individual owners and become a major issue in the next round of CBA negotiations.

I know just wishful thinking. I don’t think Tepper will put grass in unless it’s part of the CBA. Or builds a site specifically for Charlotte FC that is also better suited and modernized for concerts.
