Defensive dominance by Detroit against an offense that was scoring at a high clip, although losing Evans early hurt a lot.  

Also, we are a game out of first.  I doubt it will last, but we haven't been able to say that in a long time.

I think both are true.  Baker missed a few open receivers by throwing it about five feet over their head.

Refs definitely helped the Panthers by walking the Bucs into a loss. Works for me

Their defense has the Bucs offense rattled. Baker is rattled and off his game. The receivers have been taken out of the game at will. They cannot stop Gibbs or even slow him down. They simply got dominated.

Bucs are not world beaters losing Evans is a big loss.

They've been extremely lucky with a weak NFC south the past few seasons.

They travel to NO on a short week which is always a tough place to play and then they have a bye, after that they play NE, Buffalo, Rams back to back to back weeks and close out the season with more division games and playing us twice.

Without a complete implosion this division could be up for grabs up until the very end.
