His foot was initially inbounds, but his toe 100% went out as he pushed off that step, no doubt about it.

I am pretty sure it was as mav mentioned above.  When he pushed off on that foot it definately went into the white

He def slid out when he pushed off. I hated it but they made the right call.

If it was the opposing team, it would have been ruled inconclusive, and the call would stand. Therefore, he was in bounds. fug those refs.

That's not how pushing off your foot works. You can't have your foot off the ground and also push off.

go back one frame before this and you see his foot is on the white...

The refs also have an angle down the line we don't have, so I believe that he was out of bounds. It looked it.
