Chuba is a better back than Rico.

I've said for weeks that I didn't believe Hubbard was fully healthy. Now it's Dowdle.

They'd be a great double trouble type stable but I fear Dowdle might wanna go somewhere where he's the feature back.

I wont blame him but the running back market is pretty trash, go where you are wanted

On the end zone pick, Lady Cowboy Fan said Derrick Brown really used his head 😄

My son was trying to say he got lucky, but I told him that he jumped. That stands for something...Wait!

Last week.

Last week I'd give it to Chudda as well, but sooo few hard to judge. Still the little they did, Chubba was looking "fresher".

I seen it the week before this, when Rico had 20 something carries and Rico had 5 fresher ones....

I don't blame any player for seeking what's best for themselves.

It's true though that sometimes they fail to see how playing a role can be more beneficial long term than just going after the highest payday right now.

Could be. He's certainly not looking like the guy that we overpaid for.

I got to take some heat for gassing up the huddle on him, I made around 5 post saying " Dan needs to extend DJ before he has a break out year"!!!!...... ugh one of my bigger "misses" along with the record prediction.

He's been a total non-factor and the rookie NIc is leading in sacks...

Panthers top two needs are QB and OLB/edge....1a and 1b.....

Did anyone see prince?? I didn't...

They're both good.

Double Trouble

I was telling someone today; if we can really get both guys going and tire out the defense, and also open up the passing game for Bryce...it will be a long day for a lot of teams facing us.

It's just about actually executing that lol

Healthy batch of uglies would help a lot.

I approve of that message, but do we have the capital---draft and real---to make an impact?

Intellectually, I think this may be true, but I have a difficult time believing that this is in the realm of reality, especially the 1a part of the equation. I know that it seems like we've been down this road before, but the remaining regular season games may just tell the story about how serious the need is for a QB. And even with that, I hope that this FO hasn't already made up its mind that we have our short or long term answer at the position. Moreover, keep in mind that Bryce is actually playing for something more than moral victories this time.

Rico really regretting that tweet and calling out Dave.  Dave went from forced to acknowledge Rico was better and go with a lead RB…. to 100% committed to a 50/50 split after calling out the whack 49er gameplan

As for all the people hyping up Dowdle and downplaying Chuba for the hundreth time, the likelihood of Chuba getting chopped in favor of Dowdle is not very high. There is probably even less of a likelihood that he's our RB1 once a healthy JB enters the equation. That's just the way it is.

We’re gonna love having a fresh Rico Dowdle coming off the bench when the games really matter against the Bucs. Hubbard got healthy at just the right time when Dowdle started wearing down. Having two backs who can carry the load is a necessity in a 17 game NFL season.

We already have Hunt coming back.

We have a firm left side, some decent depth pieces and good to potentially very good OL coaching.

We need a true, full time center and possibly a replacement right tackle but maybe Moton returns to form or one of our backups earns the job.

So basically... yeah I think we do.
