Despite all our "I can't believe we lost to the Saints twice!" talk, there's a very real possibility that they only wind up one game behind us in the standings.

Maybe they weren't as bad as we thought, and just had a crappy QB.

A good rookie QB and a young coach make a huge difference. I think some fans here underestimate how big a difference QB play can make.

I think the last two games decide ROY.  T-Mac needs to shine to clinch it.

The two WRs having basically identical stats right now probably helps Shough as well.   Makes it so if you go WR with the vote the odds of split votes goes up and he likely won’t be splitting to the same degree with another QB

James Pearce has 9 sacks.

This obsession with the one handed catch is absurd. Not saying he isn't capable but you have to try and get two hands on the ball in more of the scenarios.

I don’t think he’s trying to showboat or just make one hand catches, I think in some scenarios he sees it as take a shot with one hand or just watch it hit the ground, so he at least makes an attempt.

The one I remember yesterday was way out ahead of him so he tried to bring it in with the forward hand. If he had squared up his shoulders to use both hands his arms woulda been short of the ball.

I could be misremembering, but that’s how I recall understanding the play at the time

i really believe if the panthers had even an average qb with the current team they would easily be nfc south champs and 10 wins or more
