Very very costly mistake. I will forever chalk the lack of the championship to our play against NO Saints.  That last game loss was about as undisciplined as I have seen the panthers under Canales.  At least 4 incredibly stupid and poorly time penalties that resulted in first downs for the Saints. That game sent allowed the saints to sweep Carolina.  And get this….  We lose at Tampa and saints continue to win out…. Panthers will finish 3rd.  Helps with the draft but sort of sums up how bad our cats were at various points this season.

I wouldn’t be as angry about the penalty if Horn didn’t already get away with one earlier.  He should have been more mindful.  Combined with dropped int and often pathetic tackling.   We had no choice but to pay him.  But it feels bad often.
