Canales is the only caliber of coach Tepper can hire, any other coach worth his salt will not come to the Panthers and work under Tepper.

This was 2022-2023 season bro…..you act like Dave C hasn’t had the opportunity to build this team the last two seasons, and spend very heavy in the offseason on free agents to build the team. It’s hard to defend the numbers after he has coached 2 full seasons at this point. Wilks didn’t even need his own coaching staff to turn the team around and got almost the same results in the win column and obviously performed better all around on offense and he was a defensive coach.

Well his QB is a midget who cant co plethora a pass over the O Line. I would like to see what he could do with an elite QB

That’s his own fault. He benched Bryce in year 1 and made the decision to keep Dalton as the only competition for him. Just like in game, he’s slow to make adjustments when it matters.

Bryce and Canales will be back next season, but I think next season is the last for Canales. Bryce will lose his starting job. Not quite sure if he’ll be gone, though.

Canales ain’t the GM, the guy that helped draft Bryce is.   Canales tired to end Bryce’s career here a mere 2 games in. Morgan fugged him because there was no warm body to put his in when Dalton got hurt and Morgan’s boy got a second chance

Wish we had Sam Darnold in his prime. Both he and Baker just kinda write the litanies of who we were/are vs what can be done out there with the same materials.
