Saints and Falcons are starting to figure it out. The Bucs while they are inconsistent are still a talented roster and honestly the last thing we should want is for them to fire Bowles and upgrade. I don't envision this division being a cakewalk next year and we certainly aren't likely to just stumble our way into favorable scenarios again. If we sit on our hands and run it back with this QB room I could see us being lucky to win 4 or 5 games again.

I wish this team had chosen moore as HC

he found his qb and coached him up

aging defense, shipped out play makers and future bright fir them

Imho

moore greater than canales and shough ions greater than young

The last search was all about finding a coach and GM that would keep Young as the starter and work with him. Not too many guys were signing up for that bullshit.

Hopefully it has run its course, but I doubt it. Tepper probably forces Young for another season and fires Canales at the mid point of next season after we are winless.

I think the Bucs are actually a more talented overall team.

Nah.

Bucs are just deep at receiver.

But when healthy I would still take Drake London over all the receivers in the NFC South and I would take Pitts over all the tightends.

Tampa roster is getting long in the tooth, Lavonte David, Reddick, Vea, are just names now theyre not what they use to be.

Falcons have one of the best pass rushes in the league by far the best in the NFC South, Pierce is going to be a problem.

I'm not sure where you think Bucs have the advantage.

You might want to take a look at that Bucs roster again. It's no slouch. Definitely better top to bottom than Atlanta.

Both are significantly better than our roster.

Health and coaching makes the difference to me. Tampa without a healthy Baker is about the same as the Panthers and their hole at QB. Saints trending way up. Atlanta is a HC away from being dangerous.

Next year is where it gets interesting to me. None are good this year with where they stand today but next year things could get drastically shaken up. Does Atlanta and TB bring in better coaching? Worse? Does NO keep building upwards? Does the Panthers finally try to improve QB or just mail it in again?

Currently, prlly Saints, defense is legit and a rookie QB who is figuring it out.  Atlanta is good but because of one or 2 stars, Bijan is a monster.  Most potential is Tampa, weapons everywhere but injuries on defense and a lame duck coach.  Panthers are the most consistent even if we're also the most inconsistent...but we know every other week we're good.

Most hilarious scenario to me would be panthers lose, Tampa celebrates and Bowles keeps his job because of that, but then atlanta wins and Raheem Morris keeps his job.  Panthers make it to the playoffs like like a make a wish kid matching our QB.  The end and everyone is miserable after the season
