Willis would have to compete and he’d command a lot of money. The organization may take a peek, but won’t seriously consider.

Yep, they wont seriously consider making the team better. It's why things are the way they are.

It’s cost and belief that Young hasn’t reached his full potential. Plus Willis isn’t a proven quarterback.
