a business lesson: nobody ever gets fired for following the plan. That said, if the plan doesn't work, change the plan. Don't go rogue and come up with your own solution. There's a playbook for a reason

If this doesn't work its the end of Canales. Its pretty cut and dry.

Canales isn't McVay or Reid, so glad to see the change being made. Is Idzik the right guy? Probably not, but I like that they're at least doing it.

Canales can still have input on the game plan, but he was overwhelmed once the script was over.
