I think the jury is still out on the team building and culture thing. Let's see how this season plays out before we take a vote.

He managed that because  Cam drug him/them there

i dont Know about Canales   Time will tell, I guess    He is no offensive genius, that’s for damned sure but the players respond to him and they cover his mistakes

It’s important to remember he wasn’t on the team that drafted Bryce young. 

it’s important to remember he hasn’t made a single excuse when things have gone wrong

he turned someone that people were saying was the worst first pick of all time into a playoff qb. That’s a start

I think the best thing he ever did was give up play calling. He’s not Vince Lombardi. Focus on managing the team. One you master that, then you can take play calling back if you want. But until then you are a head coach first. A play caller should be second

Let’s be real. Canalas misses the playoffs, his ass will be fired along with them moving on from Bryce.  I wouldn’t call that a rockstar. Rockstars have hits. Canalas has a writing credit on a top 20 song.  To reference music.
