WR is not the answer.  There is no reason to try and elevate BY. His ceiling is a 20ppg QB. Figure out how to keep other teams below 20 ppg. That’s the answer. Unfortunately, injury has pushed LT up the list of needs but the overarching goal needs to be building at top 5 defense.

I would say, 100%. It always comes around to the fundamental stuff. We basically need to be able to run the ball and stop the run. Fielding a capable run heavy offense prevents a lot of potential fugups when throwing the ball over the course of 17 games.
We can dink and dunk and play like it’s red zone everywhere on the field and be ultra safe as long as we can block up some running lanes.

PS should have said the obvious, that a good defense lets you play like that.

Although BY isn't your traditional dual threat obviously, he's been scrambling a lot more since college on busted plays, but if you have to put in the backup or a rb for a qb sneak it just makes that aspect of the game too obvious to the opposing defense. Will never understand why they wanted to trade up for a guy that instantly limits the playbook.
