Njoku must want a pretty big contract if he hasn’t signed with a team yet

Guessing the price is too rich here given the injury history.  2024 was brutal and production dropped off in 2025 with a few more injuries (albeit rough qb play).

Don’t really understand the narrative that Young can’t benefit from talented upgrades on offense. Especially here with respect to a tight end. Any QB will benefit from talented receivers that threaten the top of coverage and tight ends with skills to stress zone.

The age and injury history, coupled with what he’s likely asking, just probably means we can better spend that money elsewhere.

Good response. In reference to your second paragraph, many Huddlers are just haters when it comes to certain people.

Obviously its sarcasm. But to be plain and obvious no to signing him. Both are stupid to do but the least dumbest of the two would be putting Legette at TE from a money standpoint for atleast 1 year.

If you want real football, continue to see what Sanders and Tremble can do. Tremble just needs more touches and better coaching. He did somethings last year that showed he might be turning a corner. Sanders was out majority of last year so we really havent seen much but continue to develop those two and see where theyre at next year.

  • 29yrs old that's been TE1 for years

  • Held back by Terrible Browns QB whole career

  • Played with 2 bad rookie QBs last yr

  • Pass catching TE, good size/athlete

  • Does have an injury history though

Dude must be looking to get paid, because teams would have already signed him by now
