His shoes and 2inch as well. 

This was my main issue with BY. After the first year of failure, he did not workout ANY in that off-season. Now 3 off-seasons later......in land of bigger, stronger, faster..... the zero to whatever he's done has resulted in the same look........ again Kyler Murray is close in frame and at least he knows were the weight room is. No effort to improves, sound plan there BY...........

Just watching the Tmac presser you can tell immediately he's thicker in the shoulders and back. It's not much but when you're 6'4 it goes a long way

Kyler is so much thicker than bryce and waaaaay more athletic but yeah, I hate bryce has done zero to get stronger, faster, and that seems like it's not going to change

I was thinking he looks good. That it's farly obvious that his neck and shoulders look thicker.

His chest and arms are noticeably smaller, not high but do love a good edible

Yeah one big factor has been he is surprisingly quite durable. But the reality of that aspect is much of it boils down to plain dumb luck more often than not. Big guys get hurt smaller guys get hurt it happens across the league to anyone to varying degrees. The issue is we are staring down the barrel of a possible top 10 QB salary and Bryce Young is one of the least physically gifted starters in the league. That is not a shot at him it is simply a rational acknowledgment of circumstances. There is a legitimate question to be asked if his window as a starter in this league is smaller as a result because what is going to happen when those hits that he has previously popped right back up from with a smile on his face begin to accumulate as they do for every player that has been in this league? These are just things to consider.

ETA: According to Sheena she says "Coach gave the players the day off from practice and he told the guys to be ready for the hardest training camp they have every had"

My last shred of hope for Bryce was that he would dedicate himself to the weight room this off-season.  No chance that isn't important to Dan.  

Looking forward to the new QB1 next year.
