I wonder if he is patting D.Smith on the back for not being a "Dog", Now that the Union is on the brink of decertifying and a bunch of players will not get paid this year. Most people took for granted how well of a negotiator Upshaw was and how well he worked WITH not against the league.

I can't believe that Upshaw is being bad mouthed. People need to quit blaming others and take responsibity for their own greedy self. I am starting to not care about the lockout. Hell maybe they should have a lockout so the players can realize how much they have going for them. I think the problem with the CBA deal is that the players have been making so much money all they care about is making more and more. The players should be ashamed of how much greed they have.

The sad thing about the CBA is the people who put the money in the players wallets are the only ones who are going to be hurt the most. That is the fans of course.
